SME plays critical role in overall competitiveness of the national
economy. They usually take up more challenging assignments. Many of the
innovations have come from this sector and changed the very course of
business. Eg, some unknown entrepreneur in Meerut introduced mosquito
mats in India. you already know how it has effected our every day lives!
Indian SMEs give cost effective service.
Recently, some enterprises are offering highest quality products at very
competitive prices. In last few years, India has earned the reputation
as the destination for high quality components in mechanical, electrical
and services sector. This has thrown open new opportunities for the
Indian sector.
The excellent growth posted by industry, especially the phenomenal
success of new entrepreneurs in last few years have proved beyond doubt
that Indian industrialists have taken up the challenge of the new
century and their efforts in this direction have borne results.
